翻譯公司崗位職責(zé)翻譯

1）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理
①項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理是公司法人在項(xiàng)目上的授權(quán)代理，是本項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量第一責(zé)任人，代表公司履行與業(yè)主合同及分包合同相關(guān)的責(zé)任。
②執(zhí)行公司質(zhì)量方針、質(zhì)量體系文件;項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的制定與貫徹實(shí)施。
③依據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理手冊(cè)進(jìn)行組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、人員聘任和質(zhì)量職能分配及制定項(xiàng)目人員留置計(jì)劃。
④領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部全面管理工作。
⑤領(lǐng)導(dǎo)編制項(xiàng)目制造成本實(shí)施計(jì)劃，對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本支出審核簽字。
⑥領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與組織項(xiàng)目編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量階段預(yù)控計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量管理文件。
⑦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目安全生產(chǎn)與質(zhì)量管理工作，是質(zhì)量、安全的第一責(zé)任人。
⑧負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目各類經(jīng)濟(jì)合同的審核簽字。
2）總工程師
①貫徹執(zhí)行質(zhì)量方針、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃與科技發(fā)展規(guī)劃的引進(jìn)及推廣應(yīng)用工作，負(fù)責(zé)審核項(xiàng)目物資計(jì)劃及工程物資需要計(jì)劃，對(duì)工程質(zhì)量負(fù)有第一技術(shù)責(zé)任。
②具體負(fù)責(zé)組織相關(guān)人員編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量階段預(yù)控計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量管理文件；組織編制并審核專項(xiàng)施工方案、技術(shù)措施，負(fù)責(zé)分包提交技術(shù)方案的審批。
③領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目計(jì)量設(shè)備管理工作。
④領(lǐng)導(dǎo)材料的選型、報(bào)批與控制。負(fù)責(zé)引進(jìn)有實(shí)用價(jià)值的新工藝、新技術(shù)、新材料。
⑤參加工程主體結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)收及竣工驗(yàn)收工作；參加工程質(zhì)量事故的調(diào)查與處理。
⑥貫徹執(zhí)行技術(shù)法規(guī)、規(guī)程、規(guī)范和涉及工程質(zhì)量方面的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
⑦負(fù)責(zé)組織圖紙會(huì)審及各專業(yè)問題技術(shù)處理，審定設(shè)計(jì)洽商和變更工作。
⑧領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作好各項(xiàng)施工技術(shù)總結(jié)工作；參與項(xiàng)目制造成本實(shí)施計(jì)劃的編制與分析工作。
⑨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與組織質(zhì)量體系的運(yùn)行，通過加強(qiáng)全過程的質(zhì)量管理，確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
Post Duties
1) Project Manager (PM)
PM shall
① act as the authorized agent of the Project for the corporate legal representative and the chief person-in-charge for the quality of the Project, represent the Contractor to perform responsibilities related to the Contractor-Owner Contract and the Contractor-Subcontractor Contracts;
② implement corporate quality guidelines and system documents by defining and implementing the quality objective of the Project;
③ establish the organization, employ staff, assign quality functions, and plan retention of project employees according to the Manual for Project Management;
④ direct the overall management activities of the PM Office;
⑤ direct the development of the Implementation Plan on Manufacturing Cost of the Project and review and sign on cost and expenditure involved in the Project;
⑥ direct and coordinate the PM Office to design the organizational structure of the construction, quality program, phased quality control program, and quality management documents;
⑦ act as the chief person in charge of quality and safety, direct safe construction and quality management of the Project; and
⑧ review and sign on various business contracts.
2) Chief Engineer (CE)
CE shall
① deploy and carry out the introduction and implementation of quality guidelines, quality program of the Project, and scientific development program, review construction materials program and requirement program, and act as the chief technical officer in charge of the construction quality;
② mobilize relative persons to design the organizational structure of the construction, quality program, phased quality control program, and quality management documents, develop and review specific construction schemes and technical measures, and approve technical schemes submitted by subcontractors;
③ direct metering equipment management of the Project;
④ direct selection, submittal for approval, and control of materials, introduce new and practical procedures, technologies, and materials;
⑤ participate in agent-structure acceptance and final acceptance, as well as the investigation and handling of quality accidents occurred in the Construction;
⑥ deploy and carry out technical laws, rules, and specifications, as well as regulations related to construction quality;
⑦ organize the joint drawing checkup, address difficulties in any specialty, and approve any design negotiation and modification;
⑧ direct all the technical summarizations of the construction and participate in the development and assessment of Implementation Plan on Manufacturing Cost of the Project; and
⑨ direct and organize the operation of the quality system and shall enhance quality management of the entire process for ensured fulfillment of quality objective of the Project.
