壓力管線用于兩個測量點和變送器之間的傳導(dǎo)壓力，安裝時注意以下幾點
Pressure pipeline is used for pressure conduction between the two measurement point and transmitter.  When installation, pay attention to the following points
 
用12X1.5mm或略粗的壓力管線use 12 x1. 5 mm or slightly wider pressure pipeline
確保其防腐型Ensure its anti-corrosion type
壓力管線要盡可能短，勿使遭受機(jī)械變形Pressure pipeline should be as short as possible.  Be not subject to make by mechanical deformation

差壓測量與介質(zhì)密度有關(guān)，故兩壓力管線應(yīng)在相同的溫度下，為了取得精確地測量結(jié)果，安裝時應(yīng)使兩者相互接近，或確保他們與外界隔熱，或者將其栓連在一起
Differential pressure measurement is related to medium density, so the two pressure pipeline should be in the same temperature. In order to obtain a precise measurement results, when installation,  should make both close to each other, or make sure they are insulated with the outside world, or  bolt together

測量氣體時，應(yīng)安裝在測量點上方Measuring gas should be installed above the measurement point

測量液位時，必須安裝在最低液位以上，測量膜片應(yīng)被介質(zhì)完全覆蓋
Measuring liquid level, must be installed above the lowest level.  Measuring diaphragm should be  fullyl covered by media.
安裝位置應(yīng)盡可能接近測量點，以縮短壓力管線的長度
Installation position should be as close as possible to measure points, so as to shorten the length of pressure piping
安裝時應(yīng)使下列干擾因素縮小到最低程度或授權(quán)排除

方根功能Root function
當(dāng)測量值接近零點時方根函數(shù)會產(chǎn)生不必要的高放大倍數(shù)。因此，當(dāng)測量值小于最大流速的8.9%時，方根函數(shù)自動轉(zhuǎn)換為線性函數(shù)。這個測量值對應(yīng)于標(biāo)定差壓滿度的0.8%。連接零點與轉(zhuǎn)換點的直線適用于壓差小于0.8%的情況When measured values close to zero root function , it will create unnecessary high magnification as a result.  So when the measured value is less than 8.9% of the maximum velocity, square root function is automatically converted to linear function. The measured values correspond to 0.8 %the calibration full point. Connection between the zero point and the point of straight line is suitable for the pressure difference less than 0.8% of the time
