QW-123 Scale and Rust Remover
Introduction:
The scale and rust remover contains compound acid, resists, decaling accelerants and other components and can quickly and thoroughly dissociate the accumulation of accumulation layer scale, rust scars and other mineral substances to rinse both precipitates and silt in water.

The scale and rust remover is applicable to removing the scale, the algae and the rust dirt of precision heat exchangers, air coolers, air compressors and air-conditioning equipment, the pipe scale of metal in-mold water pipes and working oil cooling pipes in the plastic forming work, the concrete thin layer attached onto the surfaces of construction machinery and the like, the water rust on building ceramics and mosaic, the green algae and the water rust attached onto the surfaces of concrete water tanks and swimming pools, and the rust, the plaque and the dirt of copper, copper alloy and the like on washing power distribution equipment.
Using method:
□  Heat exchanger device and air cooling device: diluting the scale and dust remover for 5-10 times, injecting into the circulating system and soaking for 1 hours; and then continuously circulating for about 12 hours and keeping the PH value of circulating liquid to be 1. Removing cleaning liquid after the completion of circulation, circulating with clear water, then neutralizing with QW-124 neutralizing agents or self-used lyes till the PH value of liquid at the inlet is consistent with that of liquid at the outlet and ensuring that the ratio of neutralization with soda ash is 1‰-3‰.
□  Air-conditioning fins: adding water into the scale and dust remover for 5-10 times (according to the fouling degree), repeatedly spraying the diluent and fully washing with water after the completion of reaction.
□  Cleaning of rust scar and plaque on metal parts: firstly coating QW-123 stock solution and then rubbing with a steel wire brush after several minutes. If possible, directly soaking the workpiece into the stock solution. After the completion of cleaning, cleaning with water, and finally, drying and coating with the anti-rust oil.
Precautions:
□  Do not be in contact with skin for a long time as the scale and rust remover is acidic.
□  Firstly clean a small area of ceramics, marble and other products and then trustingly use after the safety is proved.
□  Do not rinse for a long time as the scale and rust remover has an effect on stainless steel.

使用方法：
□  熱交換器、空冷設(shè)備：將本品稀釋5—10倍，注入循環(huán)系統(tǒng)浸泡約1小時，再連續(xù)循環(huán)12小時左右，并注意保持循環(huán)液的酸度為PH值1。循環(huán)完畢排去清洗液用清水循環(huán)，再用QW-124中和劑或自用堿液將余酸中和，直到出入口水液的PH值一致，用純堿中和的比例為：1‰-3‰
□  空調(diào)翅片：用本品兌水5～15倍（視積垢程度）稀釋液反復(fù)噴上，待反應(yīng)完畢后用水充分沖洗；
□  金屬零部件銹疤、蝕斑的清洗：先涂上QW-123原液，待數(shù)分鐘后，再用鋼絲刷搓擦。如有條件，請將工件直接浸泡原液中。清洗完畢，再用水洗干凈，最后烘干涂上防銹油。
注意事項：
□  本品屬酸性，請注意不要長時間接觸皮膚。
□  對于陶瓷、大理石等制品的清洗應(yīng)小面積試用，證明安全后方可放心使用。
□  本品對不銹鋼有影響，不宜長時間浸洗。
