Currently, Hua Xia Bank’s network consists of more than 400 branches and service points. To further improve its customer service, the bank aims to upgrade and expand its self-service offerings. By transferring more services from the counter to self-service zone, the bank intends to help clients manage their routine banking tasks faster and more conveniently, hence increasing customer satisfaction
