中國(guó)駐泰國(guó)大使館確認(rèn)，截至8日上午9時(shí)，中國(guó)公民有41人在泰國(guó)普吉島翻船事故中遇難。截至目前，事故共造成42人死亡，仍有14人失蹤。
Forty-one of the victims have been confirmed as Chinese nationals, including 13 children, 10 men and 18 women, Xinhua reported.
據(jù)新華社報(bào)道，確認(rèn)遇難的41名中國(guó)公民中有13名兒童，男性10名、女性18名。
中國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸部廣州打撈局的工作人員（one team dispatched by the Ministry of Transport）和來自中國(guó)浙江省的民間救援隊(duì)（a civilian team from Zhejiang province）公羊隊(duì)（the Ram Union team）已抵達(dá)普吉島，加入泰方組織的救援打撈工作。

Online travel agencies and platforms, according to the ministry, are required to examine self-guided tour packages on sale and remove those with unacceptable risks. Advertisements for high-risk products are required to show clear warnings.
文化和旅游部要求在線旅游企業(yè)和平臺(tái)對(duì)在售的自助游產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行排查，對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)過高的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行下架處理。產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商在宣傳銷售高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的出境自助游項(xiàng)目時(shí)加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提示。
The ministry also called for the creation of emergency mechanisms so that action can be taken in a timely manner, if needed.
