It’s difficult to install the traditional sensor because the mechanical structure of the crane and other hoisting devices is hard to change in some special conditions. The rope tension sensor can be installed in the proper position in such condition. Any movement of such rope in the operation can send the force signal. The rope tension sensor is suitable particularly for cranes of door and tower types, port machinery, truck cranes for its convenient installation and safe and reliable operation.

在一些特定的環(huán)境中，繩索沒有固定末端，很多傳感器將無法安裝，這時(shí)使用KST-3，將是一個(gè)能夠節(jié)省許多時(shí)間和金錢的絕佳方案。將一個(gè)KST-3傳感器直接安裝到動(dòng)繩上, 通過它的三個(gè)運(yùn)行滾輪，繩索將輕微的得到轉(zhuǎn)移，因此，繩索的力量或者拉力就被測(cè)量出來了。附帶的放大器將傳感器的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的4-20mA的輸出，同時(shí)允許兩個(gè)可編程的開關(guān)點(diǎn)來實(shí)行過載保護(hù)。左圖中展示的是汽車吊升縮臂上的安裝位置。
There are no fixing ends of the rope in some particular conditions. Therefore, it’s impossible to install the sensor. In such case, KST-3 is the excellent choice with less time and money. The rope will be transferred with the three running wheels of KST-3 sensor installed directly on the running rope, thus, the strength or the pulling force of the rope will be measured. The attached amplifier transfers the sensor signal into a standard 4-20mA signal to output. It is allowable for two programmable switch points to make overload protection simultaneously. The left figure shows the installation position of the sensor on the telescopic boom of the truck crane.

The imported pressure sensor core with high stability is used in the transducer. The signal processing circuit is MCU with high performance and ADC and DAC with high accuracy. The temperature compensation of -10℃～70℃ can keep the transducer in long-term stable operation within0.25%F.S in temperature of -40℃～100℃. The transducer can have higher accuracy with the software modification. The networking can be made flexibly with the digital RS485 output of the upper computer software provided by the manufacturer.
