 粉刷石膏Gypsum plaster
圣彩粉刷石膏具有建筑石膏早強(qiáng)、快硬、防火、輕質(zhì)、保溫等 特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)具有施工和易性好、強(qiáng)度更高、不空鼓、不開裂、施工速度快等特點(diǎn)。本產(chǎn)品無毒，是綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。Sancai gypsum plaster has the features pf early strength, rapid hardening, fireproof, light, heat insulation, etc., as well as good workability, high strength, no hollow tiles, no cracking, rapid construction speed and so on. This product is a non-toxic green environmental product.
 
產(chǎn)品組成：Product compositions:
天然高強(qiáng)石膏粉、重質(zhì)碳酸鈣、有機(jī)添加劑Natural high-strength gypsum powder, ground calcium carbonate and organic additives
 
適用范圍：Applicable scope:
適用于建筑物內(nèi)墻的混凝土、水泥砂漿、石膏板等基層墻面的找平、修補(bǔ)層。Be suitable for leveling and patching of basic wall surfaces, including layers concrete, cement mortar, gypsum wall board and so on of building interior wall.
 
施工要求：Construction requirements: 
l   基層應(yīng)堅(jiān)實(shí)、平整、無浮灰，基層強(qiáng)度應(yīng)大于粉刷石膏強(qiáng)度。The substrate should be firm, smooth and free from dust, and the strength of the substrate should be greater than the strength of plaster.
l   吸水性強(qiáng)的基層應(yīng)先用清水潤(rùn)濕（不可有明水）或用稀釋的界面處理劑進(jìn)行封底處理后再進(jìn)行批刮。The absorbent substrate should be wetted with water (without have water) or treated with dilute interface processing agent, then batch scraping can be done.
l   單次批刮厚度應(yīng)大于3毫米（防止脫粉）小于8毫米（防止開裂）如果需要找平厚度較大，應(yīng)分次抹灰找平。A single batch scraping thickness should be greater than 3 mm (to prevent powder from falling off) and be less than 8 mm (to prevent cracking). If a larger thickness for leveling, plaster many times for leveling.
l   遇到兩墻體結(jié)合處或墻體裂縫時(shí)，應(yīng)用網(wǎng)格布進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)處理，防止開裂。If any cracks at the junction of two walls or on the wall, the reinforcing treatment should be done with gridding cloth to prevent cracking.

用法及用量：Usage and dosage:
l   使用方法：應(yīng)先加水，后加粉料，理論加水量25％左右，實(shí)際加水量以施工稠度為準(zhǔn)，攪拌均勻后，放置5-10分鐘（冬季適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)放置時(shí)間），再進(jìn)行攪拌即可使用。攪拌后的砂漿要一次性用完，避免固化報(bào)廢。Application method: Add water first, and then add the powder, about 25% of the theoretical amount of water. The actual amount of water is subject to the consistency of construction. After stirring, it is placed for 5-10 minutes (In winter, the placement time should be appropriately extended), and then after stirring again, it can be used.Mortar after mixing must be used up, avoiding scrapping due to curing.
l   參考用量：按批刮厚度10毫米計(jì)算，4公斤粉刷石膏可批刮墻面1平米左右，具體用量受墻面平整度影響而不同。Reference dosage: Batch scraping thickness is calculated based on 10 mm, 4 kg lime plaster can be used for the wall surface of about 1 m², and the specific dosage depends on the flatness of the wall.
 
 注意事項(xiàng)：Points for attention:
l   施工后8小時(shí)內(nèi)避免雨淋、霜凍。Avoid the rain and frost within 8 hours after construction.
l   基層光滑度較高的情況下，建議先使用界面處理劑進(jìn)行墻面處理。If the substrate has good smoothness, it is recommended to use interface treatment agent first for wall treatment.
l     泛堿嚴(yán)重和有明水的基層不可直接批刮石膏，基層應(yīng)經(jīng)特殊處理 后再進(jìn)行批刮。The substrate with serious efflorescence and water cannot be scraped with putty and should be treated first.
l   嚴(yán)禁加入其它材料混合使用，一次配料應(yīng)在1小時(shí)內(nèi)用完，漿料初凝后不宜加水再用。It is strictly prohibited to be used jointly after adding other materials. The prepared materials should be used up within one hour. The prehardened slurry should not be reused by addition of water.

 
儲(chǔ)存及運(yùn)輸： Storage and transport:
本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)存放在干燥通風(fēng)處，嚴(yán)防霜凍和暴曬，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)情況下貯存有效期為6個(gè)月。產(chǎn)品無毒不燃，貯存運(yùn)輸可按《非危險(xiǎn)品規(guī)則》辦理。The product should be stored in the dry and ventilated place to prevent frost and exposure, and the period of validity for storage is six months under standard conditions. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable. Storage and transportation can be carried out according to "Non-Dangerous Goods Rules".
