In our three tumor hospitals, we have created many miracles, which is because there is more than one new anticancer weapons in our hands, among them, the most famous is the treatment method of "releasing storage therapy" granted the patent of China, America and Australian; bone friend is specifically for the treatment of bone cancer including bone metastasis cancer, which is very effective; friend pour is a drug formulation used to special treatment of lymph node metastasis; liver friend is a recipe designed to treat liver diffuse tumor; brain friend is a formula specially used for brain metastatic cancer. Composition and function of these drugs had got America patent in 2013.
 
我們還有幾種小的秘密武器，但都是在合情合理合法的情況下，藥物和設(shè)備的相互配合應(yīng)用。

2.11 我在西區(qū)大拆遷的得與失
2.11 Gains and losses as I was in the demolition of the West district
 
2008年，全國各大小報紙紛紛報道：2010年京滬高鐵要通車。這無疑給濟南西部大發(fā)展帶來了生機。
In 2008, big or small newspapers all over the country were all reported: the High-speed Rail between Beijing and Shanghai is to be open to traffic in 2010. This would undoubtedly bring vigor to great development to the western of Jinan.
 
因為濟南西客站位于西部，上下領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們都忙于西部大拆遷，各種命令和措施政策下發(fā)了。順利地完成拆遷，對高鐵一年后成功通車起著舉足輕重的作用。
As Jinan West Railway Station is located in the west, all leaders up and down were busy with the demolition, issued various orders and measures. Successfully completing the demolition would play a decisive role for successful opening of High-speed Rail one year later.
 
然而西部的拆遷工作還沒完成，西部的建設(shè)土地就都在忙于招商引資了。在這次拆遷中，百姓的住房都得到了合理的安置，小房換大房，小產(chǎn)權(quán)變大產(chǎn)權(quán)，村民業(yè)主進了新樓房，因為群眾利益是根本，黨和國家很在意。
However, the demolition work had not yet been completed, the construction land of the west were busy inviting investment. In the demolition, the housing of the people had been reasonably arranged, small house changing into big house, small property changing into big property. The villagers i.e. the property owners lived into the new building, as the interests of the masses is the fundamental, which the party and the country cared very much.
 
然而中小企業(yè)就倒霉了，他們是國家的納稅人，又是招商引資的。這些中小企業(yè)的老板們心里明白，要顧全大局，個個也都在搬遷，他們心卻在流淚，因為這一搬遷，企業(yè)將損失很大，我也是這些企業(yè)當(dāng)中的一員。搬遷企業(yè)誰也不想搬出濟南，企業(yè)本身是來自招商，都不愿去外地，因為它們已經(jīng)成為地方的納稅人。政府本應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)企業(yè)的性質(zhì)和大小，重新安置搬遷后的企業(yè)，集中安排在開發(fā)區(qū)、創(chuàng)業(yè)園、工業(yè)園。但政府考核的辦法可能存在一定漏洞，只考核找來多少家企業(yè)，不考核跑了多少家企業(yè)，沒有把重新安置的企業(yè)算在招商引資內(nèi)。

The bosses of these small and medium-sized enterprises knew that they must pay attention to the interests of the whole and they were to move, while they tore in their heart, as their enterprises would lose a great in this moving, I was a member of the enterprisers. No removal enterprisers wanted to move out of Jinan, as they were invited investors who were reluctant to go to the nonlocal as they had become local taxpayers. The government should resettle the relocated enterprises basing on the nature and size, centralized arrangement in the Development Zone, Pioneer Park and Industrial Park. But some loopholes may exist in the government assessment approaches; only examine how many companies moved there instead to check how many enterprises ran away, and din not account the relocated enterprises in invited investors.
政府本應(yīng)該在本市或本區(qū)，讓企業(yè)重新建廠或經(jīng)營，兌現(xiàn)原來的承諾，遺憾的是拆遷非常成功，而搬走的那些企業(yè)，一寸土地也沒有安置。為什么企業(yè)被政府招商引進的項目，就白白地讓其他地區(qū)輕易地招引走了？表面上看，騰出一大片地是政府西區(qū)發(fā)展的財源，但也不能成為一片沒有企業(yè)的空地吧。
The government should honor the original commitment enabling enterprises to set up factories or to operate in the city or the region, unfortunately the demolition was very successful, while those moved enterprises was not installed with an inch of land. Why the investment projects introduced by the government were attracted to go to other areas easily in vain? On the surface, making a large piece of land was the financial resources for western development of the government, but it also should not become a space with no enterprise.
 
濟南保法腫瘤醫(yī)院處在西部大拆遷中，由于腫瘤醫(yī)院的特殊性，在濟南很難找到一個像樣的樓房，再加上百姓們對于腫瘤病不是很了解，產(chǎn)生懼怕腫瘤傳染的心理，有房子閑著也不愿租給我們，租房子成了我們的一大難題，所以一拖再拖。 
Jinan Baofa Tumor Hospital was in the great western demolition, because of the special nature of the tumor hospital, it was difficult to find a decent building in Jinan to settle, and the people were not very understanding to tumor disease, fearing tumor infectious, then they did rent us a house rather than to leave it idle, so renting a house became us a major problem which was dragged on and on.
 
這是我的企業(yè)（山東保法醫(yī)療科技股份有限公司和濟南保法腫瘤醫(yī)院）第三次搬遷。
This was the third move of my enterprises (Shandong Baofa Medical Technologies Inc and Jinan Baofa Tumor Hospital ) .
 
第一次是2004年，之前我的公司位于經(jīng)十路與山大路交叉口處的一座樓房內(nèi)。2004年，由于經(jīng)十路大修，我們搬到了經(jīng)十東路原金裕大酒店，這是我們第一次搬遷，雖然搬家了，但沒有受到影響，這一年，濟南保法腫瘤醫(yī)院也開業(yè)了，經(jīng)營了四年，醫(yī)院救治了很多的腫瘤患者。
The first time was in 2004, my company was located in a building at the intersection of Jinshi Road and Shanda Road before. In 2004, due to the heavy repair of Jinshi Road, we moved to original Jinyu Grand Hotel at Jinshi East Road, this was the first time we moved. Though we moveed, the company was not affected, this year, J'nan Baofa Tumor Hospital opened, operating for four years, treated and cured a lot of tumor patients.
 
第二次是2007年，全運會要在濟南召開，濟南保法腫瘤醫(yī)院又成了拆遷對象。花了近兩年的時間才找到了大金莊一座舊樓，由于地處西郊，與省腫瘤醫(yī)院毗鄰，百姓見怪不怪了，才得以重新安家落戶了。簽訂了十六年承租合同，隨后又簽了以租代買的協(xié)議，本想著再也不要折騰搬遷了，這樣可以穩(wěn)定下來，因為一個醫(yī)院頻繁地搬家，非常影響醫(yī)院的經(jīng)營。
The second time was in 2007; the National Games was held in Jinan, Jinan Baofa Hospital then became the object of demolition again. Spent nearly two years we just found an old building at Dajin Zhuang, as it was located in the western suburb, adjacent to the Provincial Tumor Hospital, people becoming inured to the unusual, then we were able to resettle down.
 
簽訂了十六年承租合同，隨后又簽了以租代買的協(xié)議，本想著再也不要折騰搬遷了，這樣可以穩(wěn)定下來，因為一個醫(yī)院頻繁地搬家，非常影響醫(yī)院的經(jīng)營。
Signed a sixteen-year lease contract, then sign the rental purchase agreement, I thought originally that we would never toss about moving again and to be stabilized, as a hospital frequently moving is very impact on hospital management.
 
可萬萬沒想到，2012年，我們又面臨著第三次搬遷，千辛萬苦才找到了一個暫時的棲息地，作為一個過渡。有了上幾次搬遷的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)，加上腫瘤醫(yī)院搬遷難，實在找不到合適的地方，就考慮與政府協(xié)商征地安置。
Absolutely unexpected, in 2012, we were again faced with relocation of the third time. Through innumerable trials and hardships we found a temporary habitat as a transition. With the experience and lessons of several relocation before, and a tumor hospital was hard to relocate, we really could not find the right place to resettle, then we considered to consulate to the government for land acquisition to resettle.
 
在搬遷的過程中，多次與拆遷辦協(xié)商安置，可他們只管拆遷，不管安置，政府也沒有整體配套政策，安置問題就只能等待解決。我們只有東跑西奔地找有關(guān)部門，找有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，歷時大約半年多，在濟南僑辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的幫助下，給市長寫了一份請求，濟南市政府反復(fù)研究后，終于批示了征地安置。 
In the process of relocation, we consulted many times with the office of removal about our resettlement, but they just took charge the demolition, regardless of resettlement, and the government also had no overall supporting policies, so we could only wait for solving the problem of resettlement. We only rushed about to find the relevant departments and relevant leaders for help, which lasted about half a year, with the help of the leaders from the Office of Jinan Overseas Chinese, I wrote a request to the mayor, which was discussed repeatedly at Jinan City Hall then finally approved on the land acquisition and resettlement.
 
由于搬遷醫(yī)院，經(jīng)營受到影響，為此政府劃撥了土地，我們也算因禍得福，這要感謝政府對我們的支持。一座新的濟南保法腫瘤醫(yī)院將在濟南城西區(qū)建起，我們期待著新樓的崛起，期待著這第四次的搬遷，期待著醫(yī)院的新發(fā)展。
Due to the relocation of hospital, the operation was affected, so the government allocated us the land, we were also considered to get good out of misfortune, thanks to the government's support for us. A new Jinan Baofa Tumor Hospital would be built in West District of Jinan, and we looked forward to new buildings rising, looking forward to the fourth move and looking forward to the new development of the hospital.
 
企業(yè)發(fā)展就是濟南發(fā)展，一個企業(yè)走了影響不大，這么多企業(yè)走了，對濟南就是一個損失。
The development of enterprises was just the development of Jinan; It was little effect for a company going away, while it was a great loss to Jinan for so many enterprises to go away.
