Plank意為“平板支撐”。
– Would you like to get in shape together?

– How about going to the gym? There’s one really close to our school.

Get in shape的意思是“保持身材;保持良好身體狀況”,out of shape則為“身體、身材狀況不佳”。

Sit-up為“仰臥起坐”,push-up意為“俯臥撐”。

動(dòng)詞hit 指“到達(dá)某個(gè)地點(diǎn)或位置”, hit the gym可以理解為“去健身”。
