Vanke·Cen Avenue Project is located in the intersection of Tongyun Road and Tongyi Road in the north of Hangzhou, and this location is the gateway to go to the north of Hangzhou from the main urban area. Total residential construction area of “Beichen Zhiguang” is nearly 300,000 m2, and the “Cen Avenue” is the international commercial street with the construction scale of 8,000 m2. From the residential communities in the past to the blocks and communities now, people's demand is no longer just limited to building and living; they have put forward higher requirements on lifestyle and real estate premium. In the north of Hangzhou, where there are no enough supporting facilities, the team of Tianhua proposes the concept of “building life first and then the houses” after analyzing the composition of the community groups in details, and specially creates a leisure business platform with vitality that is fit for young people in this specific block to communicate with each other. This block creates a new and small business circle, which advocates the new lifestyle and guides the lifestyle current in urban youth settlements, through taking the modern and fashionable overall design of the Cen Avenue with rich layers as the landmark.

The commercial inner street of Vanke·Cen Avenue is not an independent block. Strictly speaking, it is formed by the stores in towers and lower floors of residential buildings, but the enough depth difference between the lower floors of residential buildings and towers weakens the sense of repression of road space. In consideration of the positioning of “Beichen Zhiguang” – the young white-collar group, the architects put forward the concept of “Rolling Stone Block”, which tallies with the main consumption crowd – young people and the ratio of commercial activities in the future. As for the design of construction volume, the streamline at the entrance is used to cut and reduce the volume, so as to form the cohesive space line of force for gathering popularity for the street; the overhead bridges can construct an enclosed entrance square, which can be the climax of the commercial street; the flexible landscape design is matched up with buildings’ characteristics of a youth community. On the processing of “water” - construction materials, punched plates and other new materials are boldly adopted to be the cover of buildings; the distinctive beveled mould and the new materials complement each other, and special volume is used to emphasize the node of the main entrance, which centralize the vitality and focus of the community in the commercial inner street; the street is also attached with LED lights with different colors; the lighting is designed according to needs to blend in the factor of “rock”.

Walking from east to west from the Haguangsi Temple subway station, the 300 meters of urban extension surface of Ronghui Square heaves in sight layer by layer: one can first see the cluster formed by three high towers, Tower A of 200 meters high is the visual center, and Tower B and C set off Tower A with the similar form, which increases the landmark image of the whole area; the modern classic facade design pays much attention to details and the match of materials and colors, so they are elegant, solemn and grand; walking close to the building cluster, and into the broad square in the north, one will see the continuous business interface; the parlor plays the role of making the finishing point, for it is the highlight of the interface. From the point of view of the city, the project faces the south, and is the visual focus at the end of Nankai Sanma Road; from the point of view of space image, the 12 meters high of “four-season parlor” will gather and bypass all kinds of people to the official, commercial, residential, and other areas, so it is the veritable city parlor; as a new financial “stage”, Ronghui Square will inevitably become a distinctive landmark in Nankai District after construction, and the broad display façade will meet the challenges of the future with the attitude of taking in all things.
建筑組群形體以雨后春筍為隱喻,象征金融辦公的節(jié)節(jié)生長(zhǎng)之勢(shì),“品”字型樓冠形式、樓身簡(jiǎn)潔利落的形體收分、豎向石材線條的韻律排列,相比較周邊的建筑,融匯廣場(chǎng)立面形象更注重整體性的表達(dá),沿街展示面由東至西,按照1.5米模數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的幕墻分割貫穿始終。

超過(guò)40000 m2的商業(yè)若采用一般性設(shè)置,會(huì)因?yàn)檠亟置嬗邢薅茈y被消化在地塊之中。因此,建筑師將花廳這種綜合性的服務(wù)理念帶到了天津,創(chuàng)造了“四季花廳和花街”的形式。在辦公空間穩(wěn)重的外立面之下,暗藏創(chuàng)新性的設(shè)置內(nèi)制式的花園辦公空間,并將一系列城市空間節(jié)點(diǎn)通過(guò)合理的聯(lián)系營(yíng)造。
If the commerce district over 40,000 m2 adopts general setting, it will be very difficult to be accommodated in the land parcel for its limited space areas along the street. So the architect brings the comprehensive service concept of parlor into Tianjin and creates the form of “Four-Seasons Parlor and Flower Street”. Under the steady external wall of the office space, the office space innovatively set up with inner garden is hidden and constructs a series of urban space joints through reasonable connection.
空間的起始點(diǎn)為花廳,它與東西向商業(yè)內(nèi)街“花街”交錯(cuò)布置,作為“花街”的延續(xù),二層的天橋?qū)⒒氐臇|西兩區(qū)域更緊密的聯(lián)系在一起,同時(shí),地下一層的商街也將“花街”進(jìn)一步延伸至基地南側(cè)的高層公寓,為住戶提供了方便,強(qiáng)調(diào)了人在社區(qū)中的感受;融匯廣場(chǎng)將東側(cè)的市政路融入到商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)之中,精心打造的景觀林蔭路引領(lǐng)住戶通往南側(cè)的低密住區(qū),通過(guò)住區(qū)北側(cè)的入口花園,避開(kāi)城市的喧囂,進(jìn)入一片寧?kù)o之中。整個(gè)城市綜合體運(yùn)用空間點(diǎn)、線、面的結(jié)合,通過(guò)功能及流線的合理組織及界面的精細(xì)打磨,營(yíng)造出一種人作為感受主體,被尊重及關(guān)愛(ài)的空間體驗(yàn)氛圍。
The starting point of the space is the parlor, which is in staggered arrangement with the transmeridional commercial inner street “Flower Street” and acts as the continuation of the “Flower Street”. The overhead bridge in the second floor makes the two districts in east and west in much closer connection, and in the meantime, the underground commerce street extends the “Flower Street” to the high-rise apartment in the south, which provides convenience to the resident and emphasizes people’s feeling in community; Ronghui Square brings the Shizheng Road in the east into the commercial plaza, the carefully crafted landscape avenue leads the residents to low and intensive residential district in the south and through the north side entrance garden to a land of serenity, which keeps away from the noisy of the city. The whole urban complex builds a spatial experience atmosphere in which human is the feeling subject and is respected and cared through combination the point, line and area and the reasonable organization of function and route, as well as the fine constructing interface.

項(xiàng)目包含一棟23層的辦公樓和4層的裙房商業(yè)建筑。主樓平面呈“L”形布置,東西長(zhǎng)約54米,南北長(zhǎng)邊約29 米,短邊約16 米。底層北側(cè)沿東大名路設(shè)置了辦公大堂入口,大堂二層局部挑空,挑空高度達(dá)11米,營(yíng)造出甲級(jí)辦公樓的氣勢(shì)。商業(yè)裙房一至三層布置高檔餐飲及購(gòu)物,填補(bǔ)了地塊區(qū)域的高檔商業(yè)品質(zhì)的空白,第四層為SOHO。
The project contains a 23-storey office building and a 4-storey skirt commercial building. The plain of the main building is in the layout of “L”, the length from the east to the west is 54 meters, 29 meters from the south to the north and the short side is 16 meters. The office hall entrance is set up along the East Daming Road on the north side of the ground floor, and the second floor of the hall is partly with a height of 11 meters, creating a momentum of the office building in grade A. The first floor to the third floor of the commercial shirt building are placed with top-level restaurants  and stores, breaking the fact that there is no high-quality commerce in this parcel area, and the fourth floor is SOHO.
辦公主樓造型將或高或低、或前或后的兩個(gè)矩形平面組合在一起。在沿東大名路的北側(cè)、東側(cè)和東南角分別設(shè)置了玻璃幕墻,純凈通透的幕墻將整體簡(jiǎn)潔利落的建筑體量烘托得更加挺拔秀麗,由頂至下一氣呵成。裙房部分主要強(qiáng)調(diào)了水平延伸的張力,與主樓鮮明的豎向構(gòu)圖交相輝映、相輔相成。建筑立面處理所強(qiáng)調(diào)的橫豎構(gòu)圖、體塊交接,手法經(jīng)典雋永,令人百看不厭,回味悠長(zhǎng)。
The main office building style is the combination of two rectangular planes, one is higher than the other or one is in front of the other. There are glass curtain walls set up in the north, east and southeast corner along the East Daming Road, and the total concise building is much taller and beautiful against the pure and transparent curtain wall, which is at one stretch from the top to bottom. The skirt building parts mainly focus on horizontal outspread tension, and the distinct vertical design composition of main building enhance each other’s beauty and supplement each other. The horizontal and vertical design composition and block connection technique to handle the building elevation is classic and meaningful, which makes people never tire of seeing and makes them have long aftertaste.
項(xiàng)目由南北兩個(gè)片區(qū)組成,北片區(qū)包括一棟200米高、43層的綜合樓(辦公、酒店、高級(jí)公寓);一棟高層人才公寓;4 棟120米超高層住宅;一條低層商業(yè)街組成的建筑群。南片區(qū)規(guī)劃為具有閩南風(fēng)情的商業(yè)聚落,融合獨(dú)立商業(yè)及精品酒店、文化創(chuàng)意辦公。在景觀和建筑的處理上引入閩南文化及馬尾船政文化的元素,用簡(jiǎn)潔的語(yǔ)言和精致的材料,營(yíng)造出高品質(zhì)的商業(yè)街區(qū)。
The project is composed of the south and north areas, and the north area includes one 43-layer complex building (office, hotel and premium apartment ) in 200 meters height, one high-rise talents apartment building, four ultra high-rise residential buildings in 120 meters height and one building group composed of commercial street  in low layers. The south area is programmed to build business settlement with local conditions and customs of southern Fujian, mixing together with independent business, boutique hotel and office with culture creativity. It introduces the elements of southern Fujian culture and Mawei shipbuilding culture into the management of sight and building, and builds a high-quality commercial district with concise language and delicate materials.
超高層建筑沿基地輪廓一字排開(kāi)布局,將南側(cè)江景、北側(cè)山景的景觀資源最大化。其余的商業(yè)建筑以低層建筑呈現(xiàn),結(jié)合住宅小區(qū)與一棟高層辦公塔樓,與高層辦公塔樓形成界面豐富、生動(dòng)的開(kāi)放式商業(yè)街。
Super high-rise buildings are lined up along the base profile and maximize the landscape resource of the south side river view and the north side mountain view. Other commercial buildings are presented in low layer, and through combining with residential district and one high-rise office building, they are forming an open type commercial street  in abundant interfaces.
住宅及公建的造型均采用簡(jiǎn)潔現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)手法,超高層辦公塔樓采用全玻璃幕墻,幕墻細(xì)部節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一,多、低層商業(yè)采用虛實(shí)結(jié)合的立面手法,在保證一定商業(yè)展示面的同時(shí),增加單體層次,使整條開(kāi)放式商業(yè)街在整體上擁有統(tǒng)一的立面風(fēng)格,單體上又各具特點(diǎn),塑造出豐富又不失趣味的商業(yè)氛圍。
The style of residential district and public building adopts concise and modern design methods, super high-rise office building adopts full glass curtain wall with coordinating and unifying detail, and the business building in high and low layers adopts facade technique. At the same time, in guaranteeing certain commercial display surface, it adds the layers of each building, offering the open commercial street the uniform facade style as a whole, and each building has specific features, creating a commercial atmosphere in rich interests.
該項(xiàng)目位于福州三坊七巷歷史文化街區(qū),同時(shí)包含在三山兩塔風(fēng)景區(qū)內(nèi),自然、人文資源豐富。酒店定位為高端精品酒店,平面布局采用街巷分散式,道路曲折有致,呼應(yīng)坊與巷的空間形態(tài)。建筑造型從福州傳統(tǒng)民居中是提取元素,以現(xiàn)代手法表達(dá),與周邊傳統(tǒng)民居相協(xié)調(diào)。酒店客房為本項(xiàng)目一大特色,獨(dú)立入口,各自造景,絕無(wú)視線交叉干擾,從各個(gè)方面都表達(dá)了“大隱于市”的理念。
The project is located in the historical and cultural block of Fuzhou three lanes and seven alleys as well as being encircled in Three Mountain and Two Tower Scenery in Fuzhou Province. So its people resource and natural resource are abundant. The hotel is positioned as high-end boutique hotel, using scattered streets and lanes as its flat layout. The roads are delightfully complicated and echo the space forms of squares and lanes. Its architectural molding making extracts elements from traditional houses of Fuzhou, expresses in modern style, and is in harmony with surrounding traditional houses. The guest room is a distinguishing feature of the project with independent entrance and respective landscaping, so as to make no sight of cross-interference and express the idea of “great recluse is in the city” from all aspects.
項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地位于廣州市黃埔區(qū)魚(yú)珠舊工業(yè)場(chǎng)區(qū),南鄰珠江,北側(cè)為聯(lián)系市區(qū)的主干道黃埔大道,場(chǎng)地西北角緊鄰軌交五號(hào)線魚(yú)珠站,地塊交通和景觀資源優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思上,尊重福斯特對(duì)于整個(gè)片區(qū)的規(guī)劃布局,以適當(dāng)切小地塊的手法營(yíng)造適宜人步行的尺度,強(qiáng)調(diào)圍合式的街區(qū)感。南北地塊分區(qū)相對(duì)明確,南側(cè)利用交通優(yōu)勢(shì)布置辦公塔樓和集中商業(yè),北側(cè)突出景觀資源優(yōu)勢(shì)布置公寓產(chǎn)品、街區(qū)商業(yè)和沿江會(huì)所性高端商業(yè)。對(duì)騎樓等空間的運(yùn)用體現(xiàn)了對(duì)廣州傳統(tǒng)城市文脈的傳承,四條主要商業(yè)界面不同形態(tài)的剖面研究也展示了不同的商業(yè)定位與氛圍。
Located in the former Yuzhu industrial area of Huangpu District in Guangzhou, the project site has advantages of the land transportation and the landscape resources. The northwest corner of the site is the Yuzhu Station adjacent to the No. 5 rail transit line, borders the Pearl River in the south and adjoins the Huangpu Avenue-the main traffic road connecting with the downtown area in the north. As far as the design concept is concerned, the site shows its respect to Mr. Foster for his layout of the whole area and creates a suitable walking dimension by means of cutting the area into small plots, which emphasizes on the sense of blocks with the enclosing layout. The partition between the south and the north blocks is relatively clear. The south blocks with the advantage of a convenient traffic are used for the construction of office towers and the development of centralized business while the north blocks with resource superiority focus on the building of apartments and the development of neighborhood business and the high-end clubhouses commerce along the river. The inherits of Guangdong traditional urban context embody in the application of space including arcade buildings and various business orientations and atmosphere are presented in the profiles for different forms of the four major commercial interfaces.
 
建筑造型方正,穩(wěn)定,對(duì)稱(chēng),在造型上以“鼎”作為理念。造型用抽象的手段再現(xiàn)了“鼎”的形式。鼎——國(guó)之重器,是中華文明的見(jiàn)證,也是文明的載體,鼎的造型莊重、大氣,以現(xiàn)代的手法重構(gòu)鼎希望能通過(guò)對(duì)此形體的隱喻,表現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)古國(guó)對(duì)新事物的寬容接受的態(tài)度,向世人展示核的地位。建筑的中庭突起的玻璃體塊象征著“能量魔方”夜景的形象是一個(gè)不斷向外散發(fā)著能量的建筑物——寓意科技點(diǎn)亮人類(lèi)未來(lái)。
The architecture, with “Ding” as its modeling concept, is characterized by its squareness, stability and symmetry. The modeling reproduces the shape of “Ding” by means of abstraction. Known as the treasure of state, the solemn and magnificent Ding is also regarded as the witness and also the carrier of Chinese civilization. It is hoped that the traditional ancient country can show her tolerance and acceptance to new things and her core status to the whole world by refactoring Ding through modern techniques together with its metaphor meaning. The protuberant vitreous block in the atrium of the architecture symbolizes an “energy cube” whose image of the night scene is a building continuously radiating energy and it means that it is technology that lightens the future of mankind.
核電科技館分為四大區(qū)塊: 展覽教育、公眾服務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)研究、管理保障。主要功能包括: 展覽,會(huì)議,影院(將建設(shè)包括IMAX 廳在內(nèi)的影院,獨(dú)立出入口),辦公,研究,管理后勤等。項(xiàng)目總投資突破2.5 億,建成之后將作為核電解密的展示窗口有重要教育意義的科教文化基地,同時(shí)也是本地民眾休閑娛樂(lè)的新去處。
Nuclear Science and Technology Museum is divided into four districts: exhibition education, public services, business researches as well as management and security. Its main functions include exhibition, conference, movie theatre (the constructions of cinemas with IMAX hall and separate entrances), office, research, management and logistics and so on. The total investment will exceed 250 million yuan and after its completion, the project will be shaped to be a showcase for nuclear secrets, a scientific and cultural base of great importance and a new destination for leisure and recreation for local people.
 
禮嘉會(huì)所位于重慶禮嘉片區(qū)的一個(gè)山頂處,俯瞰嘉陵江,是龍湖在禮嘉大型居住社區(qū)的售樓處;?fù)碛械锰飒?dú)厚的景觀資源,在設(shè)計(jì)之初就以充分利用江景為指導(dǎo),用現(xiàn)代的手法詮釋空間,同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)進(jìn)入會(huì)所的心理體驗(yàn)。
As the sales office of Longhu in the large-scale Lijia residential community, Lijia Club is located on the hilltop in Chongqing Lijia District and overlooks the Jialing River. Taking possession of unique landscape resources, the base makes full use of the river view at the beginning of the design as a guide, applies modern techniques to give explanations to the space and stresses the psychological experience of entering into the club at the same time.
建筑總共為兩層,地下一層用深色石材,地上一層用淺色石材加玻璃幕,上下兩層的材質(zhì)形成強(qiáng)烈對(duì)比,同時(shí)配以地?zé)舻脑O(shè)計(jì),使得一層主體建筑有懸浮在山頂之感。
The architecture has two layers: the basement uses dark-colored stone, while the ground floor adopts light-colored stone and glass screen. With the sharp contrast between the two layers and the design of floor-lamps, the main body of the architecture gives people a feeling of floating on the hilltop.
總平面設(shè)計(jì)上充分考慮建筑與地形,建筑對(duì)視線的遮擋,以及對(duì)現(xiàn)有植被的保護(hù)等因素,得到現(xiàn)有的布局。平面設(shè)計(jì)上,在玄關(guān)處使用了最基本的兩層通高的設(shè)計(jì)手法,同時(shí)洽談區(qū)的層高達(dá)到8.4 米,加上沿景觀面全幕墻的設(shè)計(jì),將山景和江景自然的引入建筑內(nèi)部。精心的設(shè)計(jì),精致的施工,將禮嘉會(huì)所打造成一件山頂上的藝術(shù)品。
The total graphic design takes into a full consideration the following factors including the construction and terrain as well as the visual effects obscured by the architecture and the protection of the existing vegetation that forms the existing layout. As far as the graphic design is concerned, the architecture makes use of the most basic design method of the two-layer well-hole in the vestibule and naturally integrates the views of mountain and river by building the negotiation district to be 8.4 meters with the added design of the curtain-wall towards the landscape. The Lijia Club will be built to be an artwork on the hilltop through the elaborate design and the exquisite construction.
外立面設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)調(diào)簡(jiǎn)潔的體塊,選用石材和玻璃幕墻的組合方式,用簡(jiǎn)練的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言,營(yíng)造出典雅,寧?kù)o的氛圍。用一圈玻璃肋詮釋的外廊圍合石材實(shí)體,給建筑帶來(lái)了豐富的層次和光影感,在夜景燈光的照射下,玻璃肋為石材墻面帶來(lái)了更多的可能性,也使得整個(gè)建筑更加動(dòng)人。
The façade design emphasizes the simplicity of the architecture blocks and advocates the combination of stone and glass-walls with an aim to create an elegant and peaceful atmosphere by using concise design language. The stone entity of the enclosed veranda is well interpreted by a round of glass ribs, which brings the architecture a wealth of a layering feeling and a sense of light and shadow. Glass ribs under the irradiation of night lights endow the stone walls with more possibilities and also make the whole architecture more charming and attractive. 
   項(xiàng)目位于地塊靠近成都東三環(huán),銀木街和驛都大道交叉口西北側(cè),位居成都東村新城的中心位置,是未來(lái)新區(qū)域規(guī)劃商業(yè)圈的核心。項(xiàng)目包括7個(gè)地塊,面積合共143073 m2 。建筑面積586312 m2 (不包含468 米塔樓),發(fā)展包括準(zhǔn)甲級(jí)寫(xiě)字樓、會(huì)議設(shè)施、高端商業(yè)空間、風(fēng)情商業(yè)街、豪華酒店、創(chuàng)意園區(qū)和居住區(qū)。
The project is located in the land near the East Third Ring Road and in the northwest side of the intersection of Silver Wood Street and Yidu Avenue in Chengdu. It lies in the center of New Town in East Village and it is the core of the business circle in the future newly-planned district. The project embraces seven land masses and covers an area of 143,073m2. The construction area is added up to 586,312 m2(excluded the 468-meter-high tower) and its functions mainly include the development of first-class office buildings, conference facilities, high-end commercial space, style commercial streets, grand hotels, creative parks and residential area.
本項(xiàng)目以“碰撞、衍化”為設(shè)計(jì)理念。468 米的地標(biāo)塔樓取雪山形態(tài)的意境,各地塊整體規(guī)劃在此隱喻下,作為擴(kuò)展冰山的想法與連續(xù)性的概念。住宅小區(qū)包括12 座超高層住宅塔樓及社區(qū)商業(yè)裙房,塔樓以曲線形平面布局,中間圍繞著綠色庭院,營(yíng)造出一個(gè)私密的居住空間。地形變化創(chuàng)造出富有變化的景觀、娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)空間和會(huì)所設(shè)施。住宅塔樓立面設(shè)計(jì)是形式感豐富的虛實(shí)組合,白天角度多變的陽(yáng)臺(tái)打破單調(diào)的外表形成水晶的物理形態(tài),晚上頂部玻璃的造型體量加強(qiáng)水晶的形式感。商業(yè)立面中運(yùn)用玻璃、石材、穿孔鋁板等材料以夸張的折面幾何形體交接,呼應(yīng)冰山主題的同時(shí),給人以強(qiáng)烈的視覺(jué)沖擊。冰川流水的意境延續(xù)到住宅區(qū)的中央庭院,并反映在景觀設(shè)計(jì)上。景觀平臺(tái)依據(jù)地形層層退臺(tái),將地形的改造減少到最小,盡量減少開(kāi)挖地下車(chē)庫(kù)的土方量,極大地減少施工成本,并能夠使地下車(chē)庫(kù)有自然通風(fēng)和采光。
The concept of the project is known as “collision and derivation” .The artistic conception of the 468-meter-high tower is taken from the morphology of the snow-capped mountains. The overall land mass is planned in consideration of this metaphor meaning and becomes an idea of extending icebergs and a concept of continuity. The residential area consists of 12 super high-rise tower buildings and community commercial podiums. The tower buildings are planned in the form of a curvilinear plane layout and are surrounded by a green courtyard in the middle, which creates a private dwelling space for residents. Variations of landscape, recreation space and clubhouse facilities are generated by the changes in topography. The façade design of the residential tower buildings adopts the form abundant in formal senses by combining phantom and reality. In the daytime the balcony with changeable angles breaks the monotonous appearance and presents the crystal physique while the glass modeling on the top of the architecture strengthens the formal senses of crystal at night. The commercial façade makes use of glass, stone, perforated aluminum and other materials, and all the materials are in junction of exaggerated folding geometric shapes, which echoes the theme of iceberg and also gives people a strong visual impact. The artistic conception of glacier and flowing water is extended to the central courtyard in the residential area and also reflected in the landscape design. Landscape platforms are retreated layer upon layer in accordance with the topography and in this way the terrain transformation is reduced to a minimum. The project tries its best to minimize the earthwork excavation volume of the underground garage, and greatly reduce the construction costs and equip the garage with natural ventilation and lighting.
