3月23日晚，國家應急處置指揮部發(fā)布“3•21”東航飛行事故調(diào)查的進展。據(jù)民航事故調(diào)查中心主任毛延峰介紹，經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場搜救武警官兵和事故調(diào)查人員的共同努力，23日16時30分左右，在事故現(xiàn)場主要撞擊點東南方向約20米處的表層泥土中發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩部飛行記錄器（黑匣子）中的一部。已找到的記錄器外觀破損嚴重，存儲單元也存在一定程度的損壞，但相對比較完整，初步判定為駕駛艙話音記錄器（詳情回顧戳這里）。第一部黑匣子已由專人送達在北京的譯碼實驗室，數(shù)據(jù)下載和分析工作正在進行中，目前不能排除存儲單元損壞的可能性。

The black box is believed to be the cockpit voice recorder. The exterior of the black box has been severely damaged, but its data storage unit is relatively complete despite some damage. A decoding laboratory in Beijing has received the first black box from the crashed MU5735 jet on Wednesday night and begun data download and analysis work, but the possibility of damage to the storage unit has not been ruled out, CAAC informed the press on Thursday. It takes time to download and decipher data. If the storing units are damaged, it will take longer time, either days or months.

商務(wù)部發(fā)言人高峰在3月17日的在線新聞發(fā)布會上表示，歐盟反超東盟，在今年前兩個月成為中國第一大貿(mào)易伙伴，這反映出中歐貿(mào)易較強的韌性和活力，不過這一情況是季節(jié)性的還是趨勢性的，還有待進一步觀察。高峰稱：“中方愿同歐方一道，積極推動貿(mào)易投資自由化便利化，維護產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應鏈穩(wěn)定暢通，共同把中歐經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的蛋糕越做越大、越做越好，造福雙方企業(yè)和民眾。”今年前兩月，中歐貿(mào)易同比增長14.8%，達到1371.6億美元，比前兩月中國-東盟雙邊貿(mào)易額多5.7億美元。商務(wù)部指出，2021年中歐貨物貿(mào)易額達8281億美元，亦創(chuàng)歷史新高。

During the January-February period, bilateral trade between China and the EU surged 14.8 percent year-on-year to reach $137.16 billion, which was $570 million more than the ASEAN-China trade value. China and the EU also achieved a record $828.1 billion in bilateral goods trade last year, according to the MOC.

為進一步加強新冠肺炎疫情防控醫(yī)療保障工作，國家醫(yī)保局辦公室21日印發(fā)《關(guān)于切實做好當前疫情防控醫(yī)療保障工作的通知》，明確參保人在定點基層醫(yī)療機構(gòu)發(fā)生的相關(guān)費用按統(tǒng)籌地區(qū)現(xiàn)行規(guī)定支付，在定點零售藥店購買新冠病毒抗原檢測試劑的費用，可使用個人賬戶支付。通知明確，各省級醫(yī)保部門要及時調(diào)整優(yōu)化疫情防控醫(yī)療保障政策措施，按程序?qū)⑿鹿诓《究乖瓩z測試劑及相應檢測項目臨時性納入本省份基本醫(yī)保醫(yī)療服務(wù)項目目錄，持續(xù)規(guī)范和優(yōu)化公立醫(yī)療機構(gòu)提供新冠病毒抗原檢測服務(wù)的價格政策。

 

China has brought antigen tests into its medical insurance as an interim measure against COVID-19, according to the National Healthcare Security Administration. Such expenses occurred at designated grassroots medical institutions should be settled pursuant to existing provisions of social pooling units while the cost for antigen testing reagents at designated retail pharmacies can be covered by individual accounts, said the administration in a circular issued on Monday. Provincial authorities should incorporate antigen testing reagents and corresponding tests into the service catalogue of their basic medical insurance, and continue to regulate the price of such services, added the circular.
